take great pride in delivery and pick up! We would like
you to know that even after you have purchased your
furniture we will make sure you get what you wanted.
Blue
Springs Furniture Gallery offers furniture delivery
to the
greater Kansas City area including Blue Springs, Lee's
Summit, Independence, Oak Grove, Sugar Creek, Raytown,
Buckner, Bates City, Odessa, Overland Park, Leawood,
Missouri.
We
will make sure you have plenty of assistance loading
your new furniture. And if we are delivering the items,
they will arrive safely.

Hours: Monday - Saturday 10am - 8pm
Sunday Noon - 5pm

Furniture may be picked up at our warehouse
or store

see your salesperson for details.

Please remember to inspect your furniture thoroughly
before leaving our warehouse.

We will assist in placing your merchandise in
your vehicle, however, proper loading and securing
of the product is your responsibility.

No damage claims will be accepted once the furniture
leaves the warehouse
Ensuring
Your Delivery Is A Smooth And Successful Experience
We
pride ourselves in making furniture buying at
Blue Springs Furniture Gallery as satisfying and
hassle-free as possible, from your in-store experience
to delivery.
The
very same day your furniture arrives, we will
call to inform you of our next available delivery
date.
The
day before your delivery, we will call you with
your 2-hour time window.
To
serve our customers more effectively, our delivery
office personnel maintain close contact with our
drivers throughout the day.
Our
drivers will offer you a white glove service,
were we will assemble your products and remove
all packing materials.
Our
drivers may call up to 1 hour prior to arriving
for the delivery if requested.
Our
drivers have years of experience delivering furniture.
They are experienced in making difficult deliveries
and look for various options in making successful
deliveries.
Our
furniture and accessories are carefully packed
and wrapped during the transport to the delivery
destination.
Due
to the high volume of deliveries that go out daily,
we are unable to request any specific time frames.
For this reason, it is best that you choose a
delivery date when someone can be available at
any time. For your convenience, you may provide
us with a call-ahead number and our drivers will
contact you when they are on their way.
Of
course there can always be unforeseen delays,
such as accidents, traffic tie- ups or bad weather.
However, we will keep you updated throughout the
day if there are any such delays.

All orders must be paid in full at the time
that the orders are scheduled.

Please have the room cleared of old furniture
(unless you have made previous arrangements
to have us remove it for you).

Please have all sidewalks, stairs, and hallways
cleared of obstruction and debris.

Please notify office of any special arrangements
regarding a difficult delivery. Ex. narrow hallways
and/or doorways, 2nd floor, etc.
**Please
notify the office prior to your delivery if you
require removal of your old furniture. Fees are
as follows: Sofa: $50 Loveseat: $50 Chair: $40
Wood Pieces: $25 ea. Sectional: $100/pc.
Due
to the high volume of deliveries that go out daily,
your order will be prepared for delivery 48 hours
in advance. The merchandise will be opened, inspected,
and assembled. For this reason, we will be unable
to cancel a delivery within 2 days of the scheduled
date. If you should cancel a delivery within this
time, you may be subject to a $50 fee.
